Job Description

Responsible for supervising daily operations at warehouse. Must oversee plan, supervise and coordinate the activities including receiving, inventory control, storage and handling of supplies and operations of all warehouses. Also monitor inventory control system, prepare delivery documentation, maintain records, prepare reports and composes correspondence relative to work, and coordinate assigned activities with other concerned departments.

  • Overseeing the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of raw materials and finished products in efficient manner with accurate and complete documentation.
  • Arranging warehouses? layout to ensure efficient space utilization
  • Using mechanical handling equipment and labor efficiently to arrange warehouses up to standards.
  • Coordinating the use of automated and computerized warehouses systems where necessary.
  • Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate.
  • Planning and arranging future storage capacity requirements.
  • Keeping clean, organized and dust free environment inside the warehouse.
  • Managing and training warehouses teams at all levels.
  • Handling and reporting Inventory cycle counting.
  • Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Monitoring and preparing daily reports for the materials reached re-order level.
  • Develop KPI?s for the direct team members, monitor their performance and carry out performance evaluation periodically.
  • Responsible for Safety & Quality of the function/ Task performed.
