Role Overview:The Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee warehouse activities, focusing on inventory management and team leadership, with an emphasis on FMCG, particularly frozen items and high SKU volumes.Key Responsibilities:- Manage inventory control and stock levels to optimize storage and minimize waste.- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative environment.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular audits.- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.- Prepare performance metrics and reports for management, focusing on inventory trends and SKU management.Qualifications:- Experience in FMCG, particularly with frozen goods and high SKU management, is preferred.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Proficient in warehouse operations.- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- Indian Candidates are preferred and should be under 45 years of age.
