Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure product accuracy.
Implement systems to track and manage inventory, reducing errors and losses.
Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff, including loaders, clerks, and supervisors.
Assign tasks and monitor employee performance to ensure efficiency.
Ensure that all staff follow safety guidelines and procedures.
Ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet customer demand.
Monitor order accuracy to prevent shipping errors or delays.
Plan and optimize the warehouse layout to maximize space and efficiency.
Ensure proper storage methods are used to prevent damage or loss of products.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and receiving.
Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics companies.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, shipping times, and inventory turnover.
Oversee the warehouse budget, including labor, equipment, and operational costs
Work with customer service teams to resolve order issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
