Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Kuwait. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of warehouse operations.   1. Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
  2. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
  3. Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
  4. Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency.
  5. Supervise and train warehouse staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  7. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  8. Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
  10. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance.
