Job Description

Responsibilities:Supervising daily operations at the warehouse. supervise and coordinate the activities including receiving, inventory control, storage and handling of supplies and operations of all warehouses. Also monitor inventory control system, prepare delivery documentation, maintain records, prepare reports and composes correspondence relative to work, and coordinate assigned activities with other concerned departments.Job duties and tasks:

  • Responsible for developing and managing of the warehouse and the inventory procedures.
  • In charge of warehouse staff (Data Entry ? Dispatchers) and conduct of periodical training for them about the all Inventory Control, Receiving, Material Movement, Preparation and Stocking.
  • Ensuring the effective utilization of space by increasing the storage capacity of the warehouse.
  • Managing the dispatching operations to the market with cooperation with the sales department.
  • Reducing the inventory loss at the lowest level
  • Effectively monitoring of the goods flow and implementation of FIFO or FEFO methods in the use of goods or in dispatching of the goods.
  • Computing the targeted levels of the whole stocks and ensuring that the buffer levels are utilized to improve the service levels in fulfilling customer orders.
