Job Description

Job PurposeThe Unit Manager will spearhead the promotion of our premium haircare product range within diverse sales outlets throughout Kuwait, ensuring the brands robust presence across salons, beauty shops, department stores, and specialty retailers. Acting as the primary liaison with our esteemed suppliers, the Unit Manager ensures smooth operations, fostering relationships, and driving growth for the brand.Unit Management ActivitiesBusiness Development:

  • Implement a comprehensive promotional strategy tailored for the Kuwaiti market to elevate the presence of our haircare products in top salons and beauty shops.
  • Drive the adoption and sales of our haircare products across salons in Kuwait.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and hairstylists to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Proactively address and resolve any concerns or disputes outlets may have concerning our products or services, ensuring lasting partnerships.
  • Engage with salon owners, hairstylists, and clients during visits to gather feedback, ensuring our promotions align with their needs and expectations.
  • Stay updated with market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products and relay insights to the product and marketing teams.
  • Arrange and conduct product knowledge sessions for salon professionals, ensuring they are well- versed in the benefits and correct usage of our products.
  • Regularly interact with salons and other sales outlet owners, managers, and frontline staff across all retail environments to collate feedback, ensuring our promotional efforts resonate with varying customer segments.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at diverse industry events and fairs, catering to both the salon community and broader retail industry, to solidify and expand business relationships.
Brand Management:
  • Oversee and manage the haircare brands image and market presence, ensuring consistent branding across all promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to position the brand advantageously.
  • Ensure our products are displayed prominently and attractively within partnering salons and beauty shops in line with our brands image.
Supplier Relations:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all haircare product suppliers, ensuring a smooth and beneficial relationship.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns suppliers might have promptly and professionally.
Sales Team Management:
  • Guide and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and timely restocking.
  • Regularly update the senior management on sales performance, potential challenges, and market feedback.
Additional Duties:
  • Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
