Job Description

Key Accountabilities:Training activities & AdministrationKey Activities:Handle all training documentation and scheduling on monthly Basis - set a training productivity Ratio per Store.

  • ? Conduct newly hired induction/ orientation sessions Bi weekly.
  • ? Producing training materials, including E-Learning content authoring
  • ? prepare and create training materials/Handouts
  • ?Write and modify learning summaries and guidelines with high level of literacy in both Arabic and English.
  • Utilizing and enabling LMS Solution to automate learning administrative tasks.
  • Promote a positive outlook on learning, establish rapport, and instill trust between learners and the training team.
Knowledge and Experience:Minimum of 2 years? experience in Training and Development IndustryHigh level of verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic administrative and technical professional experience.Diverse knowledge of organizing training sessions and appoint the right training method.Education and Certifications:High School DiplomaTraining vocational degreeBachelor?s Degree?
