Job Description

  • Develop training programs with specific details that include; manuals, visual aids, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Provide training programs that stimulate and motivate attendees.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires
  • Develop metrics of measuring the effectiveness of training programs, e.g., testing and surveys
  • Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs
  • Conducts TNA to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
  • Coach and mentor employees
  • Prepare the yearly training calendar
