Job Summary:Trade Marketing Executive role is to execute central promotions, ensure on time listing of new products in the Kuwait Market, design and implement local promotions.ÿThis role is supportive to the Trade Marketing Manager, assisting in identifying growth opportunities across different channels of the business.Job Responsibilities: úÿÿÿÿÿÿCoordinating with division TMM in planning and executing promotionsúÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsuring the execution is effective & implemented by Field VisitsúÿÿÿÿÿÿIdentifying additional platforms, then planned, to optimise promotion effectiveness and outputÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿOptimising cost (co-packing, placement)úÿÿÿÿÿÿDetailed briefing to Sales force monthly (Month Launch)úÿÿÿÿÿÿFollow & Coordinate with implementation and execution of Central & Local ActivitiesúÿÿÿÿÿÿFollow up on promotional effectiveness during and post event through recap reports on Weekly/ Monthly basis (POSM stock report, MBRs etc)úÿÿÿÿÿÿShopper Event planning, execution & reportingúÿÿÿÿÿÿPromotion effectiveness assessment and debriefúÿÿÿÿÿÿPlanning for tailored local promotions by accountúÿÿÿÿÿÿIdentifying promotional platform and allocating promotional volumes by salesmenúÿÿÿÿÿÿCode creation for the new received POSMúÿÿÿÿÿÿScheduling & following up with deliveries from Alghanim warehouse & implementation agencyúÿÿÿÿÿÿTrade License renewals (Free & Discount)ÿ
