Job Description

About this role:

  • Supervise and oversee coil tubing drilling operations to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the drilling crew, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
  • Monitor drilling parameters and make adjustments as necessary to optimize drilling performance
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and ensure proper maintenance and repairs are carried out
  • Collaborate with engineering and geology teams to develop drilling plans and strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Train and mentor drilling crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on drilling activities, including progress, issues, and recommendations
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies and coordinate their timely delivery
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in coil tubing drilling technology.
What you need to bring:
  • Relevant experience in coil tubing drilling operations
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid certifications and qualifications in drilling operations
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Preference for candidates with nationality that allows for easy work permit acquisition
  • Strong technical and mechanical skills related to coil tubing drilling equipment.
