Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Tele Sales role located in Mirqab. As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through phone calls, understanding their needs, and presenting Motorgys offerings to meet those requirements. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, providing excellent customer service, closing sales, and maintaining records of interactions. You will play a vital role in fostering long-term client relationships, exceeding customer expectations, and supporting team goals.Qualifications- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and build rapport with customers.- Proven ability in Customer Service and Customer Support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.- Sales expertise to promote products and services and achieve sales targets.- Experience in training others or willingness to assist in creating a collaborative working environment.- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to work in a team and independently.- Familiarity with the automotive industry or a passion for cars is a plus.- Proficiency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.If you’re passionate about quality, detail-oriented, and eager to make an impact in a fast-moving startup, we’d love to hear from you!
