The Role:As a Kitchen Technician, you will be responsible for the preventative and routine maintenance of all Kitchen equipment.Your main responsibilities will include:- Maintaining refrigeration, electric ovens, dishwasher, ice machine ETC- Inspecting, cleaning, adjusting, and repairing equipment when necessary.- Installing and repairing equipment when required.- Carrying out minor plumbing, and electrical work.- Coordinating outside vendor repairs.- Physical fitness - able to lift and shift heavy kitchen equipmentQualifications & Requirements:You will have:- Minimum 5 years in a Commercial Kitchen equipment environment within project or facilities management.- Good general maintenance knowledge especially in electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.- Valid Kuwait driving license.- Excellent communication skills.
