Job Description

CleanGreens Solutions is a manufacturer of high-tech mobile aeroponics agricultural systems, searching for a qualified professional to supervise the set-up of a client project in KuwaitJob ObjectivesExecuting and supervising the successful installation of the CleanGreens system at the client?s site (Kuwait) from beginning to end. The incumbent will lead teams of installers and handlers and work in conjunction with CleanGreens? technical & operational departments. The role requires a strong technical acumen and a good sense of people management, coaching, leading, and quality control.Responsibilities

  • To oversee and support the installation and set-up of the CleanGreens system, collaborating with and supervising teams of builders and installers throughout all the phases of the project.
  • To supervise all critical steps on the customer?s building site and ensure the various procedures, drawings, and guidelines are well understood and executed seamelessly by the building and installation team?
  • To closely control the quality and accuracy of the tasks performed
  • To maintain communication with CleanGreen?s technical and operational teams on the progress of the project, the status of the operation and any issues/incidents that require action
  • To be the primary link between the CleanGreen?s project manager and all the other stakeholders involved in the execution of the project
