Be a point of contact for 3rd party testing agencies
Monitor the company?s maintenance app to ensure all work and inspections are completed as scheduled and all required information is inputted as per company policy.
Work with the company?s stores in ensuring stock levels are maintained and are in line with failure rates and possible breakdown responses based on a Spare Parts List by Ride.
Monitor the manufacture?s scheduled replacement of components is adhered too (such as wire rope replacements, bolts etc).
Manage the Technical Services department and ensure compliance with relevant standard requirements.
Report any non-compliance issue to the relevant personnel and their management.
Ensure adequate technical services cover is provided over the projects you have been assigned
Ensure with the co-operation of the Maintenance Manager and Head Electrician, that all periodic measurements of equipment are taken and documented (slew ring measurements and motor temp and amp load etc)
