Job Description

A Teacher Assistant in Kuwait is responsible for supporting the lead teacher in a classroom setting, assisting with various tasks to ensure a smooth and effective learning environment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience and a maximum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
  2. Provide individualized attention and support to students.
  3. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom.
  4. Help students with assignments and homework.
  5. Monitor student behavior and enforce classroom rules.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to work well in a team.
  3. Patience and understanding towards students.
  4. Knowledge of educational resources and teaching methods.
  5. Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
