Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our organization. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies and sourcing candidates through various channels.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  3. Source candidates through online platforms, social media, and networking events.
  4. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  3. Proven track record of successfully filling positions with qualified candidates.
  4. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
