Administration of Endpoint protection suite.
Administration of server?s operating system and third-party software.
Operating Monitoring systems in the environment and ensuring proper actions are taken upon discovery of issues (including direct fix, setup of automated healing, coordination with other groups and users within organization to get the issues resolved).
Follow-up with ITSM related tasks to ensure the group functions are optimal.
Deployment of monitoring agents into targeted systems.
Routines Patch Management tasks for the environment.
Compliance check with security standards.
Install, configure & upgrade the server hardware & its components.
Ability to identify & troubleshoot the problems related to servers and operating systems across different areas (network, storage, compute, middleware, application).
Ability to work with monitoring and alerting systems.
