Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing our organizations IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, networks, and servers. The System Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining data security, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical support to our staff.**Key Responsibilities:**1. **System Maintenance and Monitoring:**ÿÿ- Administer, monitor, and maintain the organizations servers, operating systems, and networks to ensure optimal performance and reliability.ÿÿ- Implement security measures and regular software updates to safeguard system integrity.ÿÿ- Monitor system logs, performance metrics, and alerts to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.2. **Network Management:**ÿÿ- Configure and manage network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.ÿÿ- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, ensuring seamless communication across the organization.3. **User Support:**ÿÿ- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software-related concerns promptly.ÿÿ- Assist in user onboarding and offboarding processes, setting up accounts and access privileges.4. **Data Backup and Recovery:**ÿÿ- Develop and execute data backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.ÿÿ- Test and verify data backups regularly to guarantee successful recovery in case of emergencies.5. **Security and Compliance:**ÿÿ- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access.ÿÿ- Stay updated with industry best practices and compliance requirements, ensuring the organizations IT systems meet necessary standards.6. **Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:**ÿÿ- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly, minimizing downtime and disruptions.ÿÿ- Collaborate with colleagues and external vendors to address complex technical problems.7. **Documentation:**ÿÿ- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.ÿÿ- Contribute to knowledge base articles and guides for users and IT team members.**Qualifications and Skills:**- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).- Experience in COMMVAULT Solution .- Atlest 3 Years of proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.- In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and server technologies.- Familiarity with network protocols, security measures, and firewall configurations.- Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.**Benefits:**- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.- Collaborative and inclusive work environment.- Exposure to diverse IT projects and challenges.**Condition **
