Coordinating the Daily loading activities with Asst.Logistics Manager and ensuring the planned trucks/Containers are loaded as per SOP. Ensuring safety and Quality during loading operations. Load as per erectable sequences. Conduct daily toolbox meeting with the Team Manages the Shipping loading operations day to day activities and report to Asst.Logistics Manager. Conducting the Finished goods Inventory in coordination with Asst.Logistics Manager. Plan and execute Shipping KPI together with Asst.Logistics Manager. Leading Team development, training and Appraisal activities for the loading crew in coordination with Asst.Logistics Manager. Executing OPEX projects and 5S activities of the Shipping team in coordination with Asst.Logistics Manager. Ensuring the Utilization of Forklifts and cranes are properly used as per requirement Ensuring the Finished goods are properly stored in assigned FG yard
