Job Description

  • Handle the company?s supply-chain requirements through direct purchase and or subcontractor agreements
  • Ability to prepare a budget for the projected operational requirements of the company
  • Attending meetings with the suppliers and contractors of eMushrif
  • Prepare LPO, and analyze data from shipping, and delivering processes
  • Good negotiator and keen to get better rates and deal with suppliers
  • Has experience in dealing with local and international suppliers
  • Monitor the logistics or shipments of the material/supplies from the time it was shipped to insure they arrive in a timely manner
  • Maintain the database of supply chain inventory and records
  • Create reports on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly to the management for the evaluation of its status and KPIs
  • Monitor the dashboard or movement of the supply chain of the company
  • Can resolve any issues related to the unfulfilled agreement with the suppliers (deliveries, delays, accidents, and or any transaction that impacts the business and operations)
  • Can train and guide members of the team to handle proper hand-over, returns, and disbursement
