Role Profile:Undertake all activities within a department to achieve company objectives in a timely and efficient manner.The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:Collect process and communicate relevant data in a timely manner, prioritising where necessary.? Place, track and coordinate all stock purchase orders into the markets to agreed timings and KPIs.? Complete analysis on the assortment inventory policy by stocking unit.Create and maintain accurate files and reports.Review and make recommendations for change in all processes regarding the specific department to improve contribution to the Business.? Track product availability in time for all sales plans and specifically ensure stock cover is appropriate for planned sales events.? Manage all distribution (with cross border logistics requirements) to the markets and stores ensuring high service levels from supplier to DC to store, to agreed KPIs.? Coordinate stock movements in all inventory holding points to an agreed budget level.Ensure department complies with company, local market and legal policies, procedures and guidelines.? Work to the service level and demand accuracy agreements within the EMEA and MENA SCO teams.Act as ambassador for department and company at all times.? Responsible for maintaining the ethical standards of Company including minimizing the environmental, health and safety risks in the workplace, responsible for reporting potential risks, real accidents and near misses to relevant managersDevelop internal and external relationships to benefit the Business.? Regularly inform the MENA and EMEA functional teams on forecast, inventory and distribution performance.? Drive cross functional partnerships with corporate logistics, IT and finance.Knowledge:? 1-3 years experience of International supply chain management, in a retail environment.? Experience and knowledge of merchandise/retail systems.Experience:? Minimum 3 years PR experience, preferably in a multi-national environment.? Experience of managing CSR programs and initiatives.? Proven results in managing cross functional teams.? Proven media liaison skillsSkills:? IT proficiency required e.g. advanced Excel, etc.
