-?Manage the purchasing activities of all consumer goods ?food and non-food? with suppliers against SLAs.-?Arrange with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of goods.-?Resolve procurement issues in the most cost-effective and timely manner.-?Negotiate supplier rates for goods procurement based on spend reports/estimated forecasts.-?Assess goods procurement requirements, validate the specs, recommend better solutions through existing/new suppliers.-?Review, assess, define and recommend supplier contracts (including SLAs).-?Work with suppliers to ensure continuous improvement of goods procurement processes and quality.-?Review, assess, and define specifications and audit final goods against relevant specifications.-?Ensure purchase orders are in line with approved quotes (rates, specifications & quantities).??-?Align with the Finance team in terms of payment to suppliers.-?Audit new and existing suppliers to establish their capabilities/capacity to fully support the business with the goods procurement process.-?Assess and recruit new suppliers in new and existing markets to accommodate the business? requirements.- Oversee the Operation team (Warehouse & Logistics) team to make sure goods are well received, stored and delivered to the customers in a timely manner and in good condition.
