Here, you will make an impact by: * Developing and leading deployment of the supplier quality management strategy* Champion supplier quality requirements throughout HCBG by providing supplier quality industry expertise to the organization; coaching, training, etc.* Working with division and plant personnel to ensure execution of standardized HCBG supplier quality processes that are Healthcare industry benchmark and compliant (FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, Drug cGMP, and related Supplier Quality regulations)* Supporting divisions and plant to work with external suppliers and outsourced manufacturing partners in HCBG to achieve 3M Healthcare Business required quality processes* Providing site and division external audit support as required* Supporting resolution of supplier quality nonconformances with site or division quality leads* Establishing benchmark supplier quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and supporting tracking and performance; helping and ensure appropriate review mechanisms* Collaborating with the Business Groups, Area Quality, and Enterprise Quality to drive supplier quality excellence* Ensure user requirement and inputs for robust systemsFor additional information, please visit:https://www.3m.com/3M/en_US/health-care-us/Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have (at a minimum) the following qualifications: * Bachelor?s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution* Five (5) years of experience in Sourcing and/or Quality (private, public, government or military)* Two (2) years of combined experience in Leadership, Quality Management Systems and/or Six Sigma (private, public, government or military) Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: * Master?s degree in Engineering, Quality or related discipline from an accredited institution* Two (2) years of experience working with external suppliers and executing a Supplier Quality Management program?ideally in Healthcare* Two (2) years of combined experience in Supplier Audit and/or Supplier Qualification activities* American Society for Quality (ASQ?) certification such as: Certified Supplier Quality Professional (CSQP) or other related Quality certificationTravel: May include up to20% Domestic/InternationalRelocation Assistance: May be AuthorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life ? both physically and financially.
