Studio coordinator scope:

  • Manage schedules, coordinate with teams, and keep the team updated on project statuses and submissions
  • Provide support to the manager in organizing photography assignments, and ensuring all aspects to run smoothly
  • Assure the delivery of photography equipment
  • Assure the submission of photography booking prerequisites
  • Coordinate with different departments on scheduling photographers
  • Follow up on photography booking requests and submissions
