Strategic Planning and Implementation OfficerThe role of Strategic Planning and Implementation employee is to advance and support the management in implementing the Company?s strategic plan. This entails planning, monitoring, and reporting on the Company annual strategic progress and plans. The function will also provide the management with periodic reports and assessments based on strategic data, as evidence for informed decision making. The following are specific functions that will be performed: * Develop annual implementation plans (work plans) with timelines based on the 5-year strategy timelines and deliverables. * Engage effectively with key internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of desired strategic targets and objectives through monitoring and evaluation on progress * Manage the adherence to Company and Business Units (BU) Key Performance Indicators, including coordinating with different BUs, monitoring requisitions and information materials, and verifying the accuracy in reporting * Complete assessments and reports on strategic data for management using digital collaboration platform for monitoring and reporting. * Support management in the enhancing and monitoring of current and future strategic initiatives. * Support in the introduction of new systems, platform, and processes to support the implementation of the strategy * Perform any other duties as directed.Skills* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for business forecasting strategies. * Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Willingness to work constructively as part of a team * Proficient with collaboration software systems * Strong presentation skills. * Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or industry-related field required * Minimum 5 years? experience in strategic planning and implementation. * Implemented at least two Corporate Strategy Projects.EducationBusiness, Marketing, or industry-related field Job Location Kuwait Job Role Other Years of Experience Min: 5 Residence Location Kuwait
