Storekeeper ? School of AviationAU is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated candidate to join its growing team in the School of Aviation Department in the level of Storekeeper. The successful candidate shall provide support to the Senior Manager- Aviation Training in the daily operation of the School of Aviation.Job Responsibilities(includes but not limited to):* Provide routine administrative support to the Senior Manager and department in facilitating day to day activities. * Assist in solving administrative problems. * Collect and prepare background documents for various tasks. * Record daily consumable materials and follow-up with the students. * Places orders through the university online purchasing system. * Maintains files, logs, purchase orders and other related documentation. * Maintain and control the required stock. * Handles tools and equipment including minor repairs. * Conduct inventory. * Prepares periodic and special reports.
