Performance appraisals, devising PDP, coaching and evaluate department personnel. Direct, co-ordinate and review work plans for the department, assign activities, monitor work flow, review and evaluate policies and procedures?Holds monthly updates with team members and key strategic partners in the office for dissemination of information; prepares management meetings for dissemination of information?Be a lead Ambassador of Fantasy World at all times
