Identify the vehicles by location physically and through Kerridge system.
Update Kerridge system on daily basis with exact details of vehicle location and status.
Coordinate with Movement controller and stockyard in charge to ensure prompt and timely movement of properly maintained and prepared vehicle to PDI.
Coordinate closely with service department for any vehicles under maintenance or repairs.
Prepare a list of vehicles under technical repairs or accidents and forward to direct manager for necessary actions.
Follow up finalizing all insurance documents and police reports for damaged or accident vehicles.
