Job Description

Wolf Nutrition is looking for a stewarding Supervisor with prior experience in the Hospitality/FMCG industry.Preferred candidate must be below 35 years of age, male or female.

  • Lead and Supervise the Stewarding Team in all aspects of the department
  • Supervise and maintain the sanitation of kitchen equipment and other assigned areas in accordance with the Standards
  • Train all Kitchen Stewards & Cleaners
  • Ensure all breakages and chipped items are removed from circulation and inventoried for warranty
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is in working order, report any items in need of repair and create an engineering request
  • Follow all business policies, procedures and service standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment for all
  • Ensure Stewarding area is clean at all times i.e. tables, walls, machines etc
  • Monitor staffing levels to ensure adequate amount of staff for business levels and functions
  • Assisting catering team for set up
