Sr. Sales SupervisorJob Location : KuwaitJob Responsibilities :•Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.•Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.•Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.•Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and sales opportunities.•Track and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.•Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns that drive sales and enhance brand visibility.•Assist in the preparation and management of the sales budget, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.•Introduce monthly and yearly KPI’s and objectives for sales and merchandising team and prepare quarterly report for the result and evaluations.•Support Management team in finalizing annual customers contracts.Candidate Requirements :•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.•Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the FMCG industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.•Strong understanding of the Kuwaiti market and consumer behavior.•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.•Good at using Microsoft office specially (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)•Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.•strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales analytics tools.•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
