The role is to support Spare Parts Sales team in their sales process which include the following:

Finding Spare Part number from catalogue as adequately required
process perfume or final invoice and send the same to customers
Prepare quotations and send them to customers
monitor sales team visits to customers and prepare weekly visiting reports
Prepare Sales report , sales forecast , invoices reports
look for parts , treat visitors accommodate calls
make cold calls as required
help in the counter sales for spare parts
prepare loss reports , create customer database
recommend parts cycle , stock requirements , fast moving parts , slow moving parts for various number of equipments like trucks , construction machineries , forklifts , excavators and other earth moving and road machineries
