Are you passionate about creating exceptional pastries and desserts Do you have the creativity, leadership, and technical skill to elevate a pastry kitchen We’re looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our growing culinary team.Key Responsibilities· Assist the Executive/Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.· Oversee the preparation and production of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.· Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items· Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pastry items· Train, mentor, and supervise pastry staff.· Maintain proper kitchen hygiene, food safety, and inventory levels.· Coordinate with procurement for needed supplies and ingredientsIdeal Candidate Profile· Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Pastry Chef.· Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and dessert plating.· Creativity and passion for innovation.· Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.· Excellent time management and organizational skills.· Culinary degree or relevant certification (preferred).
