Job Description

JoynTrips is a dynamic group trips company specializing in providing luxury experiences for travelers worldwide. We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to join our marketing team.Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing plan and brand objectives
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging and relevant content for JoynTrips social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and
  • Engage with customers and followers on social media, responding to inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team and cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and tools, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Manage the social media budget, including planning and executing paid social media campaigns
