About the RoleWe’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our fast-growing creative and marketing agency. In this role, you will help manage our clients’ social platforms, develop engaging content, plan posting calendars, and contribute to high-impact marketing campaigns.Responsibilities- Create, schedule, and publish content across all social platforms- Assist in developing monthly content calendars- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage communities- Stay updated with the latest trends on TikTok, Instagram, and- Support photography/videography teams during shoots- Prepare performance reports and insights- Coordinate with designers, editors, and project managers- Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and brand storytellingRequirements- Experience in social media management (agency experience is a plus)- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and algorithms- Good English & Arabic communication skills- Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools)- Organized, creative, and able to multitask- Available to work on-site in Kuwait
