Research, plan, and recommend software/hardware and system solutionsto meet the business requirements, as directed by the developmentsupervisor.- Prepare studies for reengineering specified production systems andimplement approved changes in line with user needs.- Conduct feasibility studies for new application development in SharePoint.- Build, deploy, and maintain SharePoint solutions (internet/intranetwebsites, portals, applications) to meet business requirements.- Maintain specified production systems, ensuring they align with approvedchanges and user needs.- Keep upper management informed through regular reports on workprogress and challenges.- Ensure the quality of service extended by the IT Center using quantitativeand qualitative measures.- Deliver documentation, including source code, to IT Center employeesand ensure their ability to manage these systems.- Provide on-the-job training and monthly tutorials on new SharePointtopics to ITC staff.- Perform additional tasks assigned by the development supervisor orhigher IT management.
