Supporting and interacting cross-functionally we improve manufacturing processes.Partner with the bestThe Service Delivery Manager manages the service delivery for an assigned area and portfolio of products and services. Ensures that BHGE maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by enabling flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars. Collaborate with sales/comms teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity).
  • Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and by developing Quality plans in line with our job cycle process.
  • Ensuring that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed.
  • Overseeing the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility.
  • Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelors Degree and related experience in the related industry.Ideally with previous Management experience.
  • Have significant Oil & Gas experience with proven experience in Artificial Lift System product line
  • Have excellent leadership, influential interpersonal and planning skills
  • Have the ability to effectively influence and establish credibility with senior leaders
  • Have the ability to work in a global matrix organization
