Job Description

Purpose of the position:The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple social media accounts, monthly reporting and high quality content creation in line with our strategy and vision and helping lead a team of executives. This is a unique role for an ambitious, motivated candidate who loves social media, beauty, skincare and engaging with audiences, and who?s looking to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment.Role & Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the development and implementation of the companys social media strategy and campaigns across all channels
  • Develop content and shoot calendars and keep up with latest trends to adapt and re-create
  • Responsible for the day-to-day running of multiple social media accounts
  • Develop social media content calendars in collaboration with the team
  • Create social media content, demonstrating a good eye for quality and exceptional attention to detail
  • Schedule and post approved content across all social media channels
  • Communicate effectively & smoothly execute ideas with the creative & media teams
  • Develop and execute ideas for photoshoots & video shoots to support social media campaigns
  • Attend events to create content for use across all social media platforms
  • Flexible working hours to shoot with celebrities during events, create content at external locations
  • Providing weekly and monthly reporting on all social media marketing activity as required.
  • Identify new trends in social media marketing, evaluate new content styles and ensure that the company remains in the forefront for best social media content and is an industry leader for e-commerce
  • To work closely with the Marketing Executives in supporting the group?s overall marketing strategies and activity plan
  • To assist the Marketing Manager in additional marketing related requests as required.
