Job Description

The Marketing & PR Senior Officer will be: Responsible for all Marketing & PR activities, the professional branding and image of the company through a guided image strategy, contribute in the implementation of Marketing plans within the set time frame and attract and retain clients in order to increase client base and profitability.???????Assist in developing Marketing & PR Section?s strategic objectives and KPIs and ensure that they are in line with corporate strategy and that the Section is working towards the achievement of these objectives.???????Assist in the development of the Section?s annual budget and ensure that section is working within the assigned budget by setting the required targets and responsibilities.???????Implement the Marketing & PR Section?s policies and follow the set procedures in order to achieve the Division?s objectives.???????Prepare and submit (weekly, monthly or yearly) progress reports that cover all Marketing and PR activities and other related fields to the Direct Manager.?

  • Develop and assist in the execution of the overall marketing plan in relation to Marketing & PR and monitor its implementation to ensure successful execution of the objectives and activities.
  • Lead the marketing effort to attract and retain customers by identifying, interpreting and profitably satisfying the market needs.
  • Ensure the alignment of the Marketing activities with the corporate strategy to fulfil the business objectives.
  • Ensure that all Marketing Communication initiatives e.g. advertising, promotion campaigns, giveaway items, etc. are executed in line with the marketing strategy to fulfil the business objectives.
  • Ensure the maintenance and updating of the information on the company`s website to ensure the liability & accuracy of all company`s data resources.
  • Conduct Market Research and analyze the same to identify the current market condition, competitor?s status and contribute in development and implementation of marketing plans and projects and share research with the Section Head for future consideration.
  • Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting market data (such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires), or arrange to purchase / obtain existing data.
  • Contribute in the Development and implementation of branding strategies to differentiate the company and its projects from its competitors.
  • Create a calendar for all PR activities through the planning and management of end-to-end execution of public relations activities, initiating positive media relations.
  • Create a Mix of Print, Electronic and Outdoor media promotions depending upon the stage of the project and feedback from the Project Management Team.
  • Implement advertising and promotional programs provided by outsourced agencies which are aimed at promoting the companys name and services.
  • Track the response of various advertising media viz. a viz. the response and the sales generated.
  • Initiate and maintain good public relations with major clients, organizations, and government agencies.?
  • Initiate & conduct events / exhibitions and announce availability of services in all kinds of media (TV, magazines, social media, and newspapers); update website to include Press Releases, Multimedia / Gallery Shows of Projects and related contact information as well as track the response of these channels.
  • Create strong media relationships.
  • Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
