Overall Responsibility:

MarCom accountability for all brands of the Company
Manage the Marketing Team and acts as the Department Lead
Work with Franchisees and local to align Marketing activity and direction
Delivers weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on Marketing activity and learning
Accountable for annual budgeting and marketing plan
Accountable for accuracy of communications

Experience:

5 to 8 years in F&B or similar industry
Proven track record of growth
Has experience in annual marketing planning
Has worked on marketing budgeting
Experienced in both online & offline (including PR) Marketing communications tactics
Experienced in ROI and tactical metrics reporting
Has worked with marketing agencies and production houses
