Follow the policies and procedures outlined in the Investment Policies and Procedures Manual, as well as the company wide policies.
Assist in the identification of investment opportunities that are in line with the approved investment guidelines.
Assist the investment management team in the appraisal and execution of investment opportunities.
Collect information regarding investments, perform research and analysis for investment assessments and evaluations.
Perform due diligence reviews to enable informed decision making regarding prospective investments.
Maintain up to date information on the latest economic trend in countries where the company has undertaken investments.
Follow-up on developments in the financial markets and their constantly changing patterns.
Track and monitor the performance of company investments. Assess the performance, analyze financial and non-financial components, and make informed recommendations to superiors.
Prepare financial research summaries and compile data into comprehensive reports.
Assist in the preparation of the Investment Divestiture (Liquidation) proposals for investments identified to be sold/disposed of, as per the instruction of the Head of Investment.
Properly file all Investment function documents and reports for further reference.
Ensure that sensitive information is safeguarded and only authorized personnel have access to investment project files and data.
