We are seeking an experienced Senior HR professional specialized in Recruitment to manage, guide, and mentor the HR team while overseeing overall HR operations.Key Responsibilities:-Lead and manage the recruitment function end-to-end-Guide, train, and supervise HR staff-Act as the central point of guidance for the entire HR department-Support HR policies, procedures, and best practices-Coordinate with management for manpower planning and hiring needsRequirements:-Strong recruitment and team management experience-Proven leadership and decision-making skills-GCC HR experience preferredSalary:-KD 550 – 600 (based on experience)
