Job Description

Whats the roleWe are looking for an experienced analyst/associate/VP to join our Tool Services & Leasing Finance team, reporting directly to the CFO of Fleet Management. Fleet Management is Hiltis leasing offering for its tools, which enjoys a unique value proposition and is highly successful in the market. We consider Fleet Management a central growth driver throughout the strategic period and expect the business to contribute disproportionately to the success of the Group. The ideal candidate will work on optimizing the existing leasing model and engage in the development of the next generation offering from a financial perspective. As such, there will be immediate exposure to top executives and senior leaders in the business units and markets.What does the role involve

  • Lead Fleet Management optimization projects within and beyond the current value proposition arena support the development of entirely new leasing business models
  • Analyze and model impact from activating financial levers to drive business success conduct performance management on critical KPIs
  • Partner with Treasury, Controlling, Accounting, and other global finance functions to drive risk management, financing, and profitability measures
  • Collaborate with business units to drive the enhancement of the value proposition and act as key finance sparring partner in the development process
  • Ensure efficient communication amongst all participating stakeholders and help markets steer the business

  • A masters degree (Business / Quantitative field) and/or MBA
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance Leasing experience is a very strong plus
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills with sound business judgment
  • Good presentation and excellent communication skills while being adept at facilitating senior management discussions
  • Thorough understanding of financial reports (P&L, B/S, CF) and fundamentals of financial accounting standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to develop into a financial leadership role as the next career step
