Support Finance Manager in preparation of business plan, budget & reviews
Assist in business goals update and Balanced Score Cards
Review and provide variance explanation on actual vs. budget analysis
Ensure completeness of Accounting entries as part of Monthly and Yearly closing
Perform pricing, costing and margin analysis of products and projects
Suggesting improvements in business/system processes/procedures for accuracy and timely financial analysis and reporting
Conduct detailed analyses as per business needs
Ensure timely an accurate management reporting to Shareholders and Management
Monitor and review Key Performance Indicators
Review and update financial and/or managerial reports
Perform Competitors and Market Share analysis
Analyse profitability by channel/ segment/ agency/ contract/ customer, etc
Perform New Agencies/ New Business feasibility/ viability analysis
Follow up and control Capital Expenditures
