To review draft tender documents to ensure all systems and components of the tender are included.

? To prepare tender documentation queries to consultants/clients to confirm Technical & Commercial queriespertaining to tender documents.

Managing costs on a wide variety of projects and structures.
Assisting in establishing a clients requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
Preparing complete BOQ & Quantity Surveying.
Prepare Subcontractors Payments.
Allocating work to subcontractors.
Providing advice on contractual claims.
Valuing completed work and arranging payments
Prepare Subcontractors Contracts.
Prepare Comparison Sheets between Subcontractors Quotations.
To ensure that the administration of contracts by projects is carried out in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
In-charge of Reading out tender documents, Drawings, B.O.Q., and Specifications.
Follow-up with quotation & price negotiations with Subcontractors.
