The ideal candidate will possess:Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power).Minimum 6 years relevant experience.Experience in the functional electrical design areas of HV substations, control, automation, protection and communications systems.Proficient with ETAP modelling software.English communication skills (written and verbal) essential, Arabic communication skills an advantage.Adept at writing detailed technical reports and formulating concise technical argumentsConsulting industry experience desired but not essential.Knowledge of Kuwait Ministry of Electricity and Waters specifications and standards an advantage.Good working knowledge of Construction Contracts.Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office suite, AutoCAD and ETAP).A history of working abroad in large multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams is preferred.
