? Review the calculations needed for each project.? Deliver all warranties, as-built and training to the owner.? Maintain and manage all purchase and delivery schedules,change order processes, shop drawings, document control logs.? Coaching and development the team?Performs design work for new construction, renovations and improvement projects for real property facilities? Interprets and adapts traditional methods and approaches indeveloping design calculations, layouts, drawings, and specifications thatsupport project objectives and standards? Maintain up-to-date commercial knowledge of the local market including, tender results.? Preparing cost of summery (Equipment cost + Material cost + labor cost + project overhead + Contingencies + company profit.)? Technical comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations - Interact with Contractors, Subcontractors? Having past experience in estimation of projects.? Responsible for the correct and efficient execution ofassigned work involving the installation, removal, inspection, maintenance andrepair of all electrical systems, distribution systems and fixtures? Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged inthe assembly, installation and repair of electrical cables, systems powerdistribution systems, distribution panels, inspections, etc? Secures the cooperation of other crafts/trades supervisorsand to instill within the assigned electrical staff the cooperative attitudenecessary for working closely with other maintenance trade workers
