To lead a team of Design Engineers to develop designs from job specifications in accordance with internationalengineering standards and codes of practice.JOB OBJECTIVES1. To lead and manage a team of professional Design Engineers.2. To develop designs from project specifications.3. To allocate, prioritise and check work of a team of Design Engineers.4. To check and evaluate design and material specifications for tender.5. To prepare and check material data sheets and material take off reports.6. To document, record and report on meetings, progress of jobs and construction completions from design &validation reports from Project Engineers.7.
