Main Responsibilities:- Managing and maintaining core network infrastructure (MPLS & IP).- Providing 3rd level support for 2nd and 1st line engineers.- Network troubleshooting in case of network failures.- Plan, design, test and implement new services, products, and projects in the area of scope.- Plan, design and implement new PoPs, core links & NNIs.- Provide consultancy for designing customer solutions to the presales team.- Plan and execute network outages & software & hardware upgrades.- Coordinate with providers, vendors & partners for maintenance, new implementations, and needed upgrades.- Monitor and maintain core SLA statements.- Documentation of related systems and services.- Continuously improve technical knowledge & skills.
