Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute FEED and detailed structural design for oil & gas facilities, process plants, and infrastructureDevelop and review engineering deliverables including layouts, calculations, specifications, and drawingsEnsure all designs meet Kuwaiti regulations, client specifications, and international standards (e.g., ACI, BS, Eurocode)Coordinate across disciplines (piping, mechanical, E&I) to ensure integrated design outputProvide technical oversight and mentor junior engineers and draftersSupport procurement, construction, and site teams with design clarification and resolution of technical issuesRequirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringMinimum 10 years experience in structural design engineeringStrong background in FEED and detail design is a mustProficient in STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and structural modeling toolsExtensive experience in the Oil & Gas sector or related heavy industrial projectsFamiliarity with Kuwaiti local codes and engineering practices preferredPreference given to candidates currently residing in Kuwait or with prior Kuwait work experienceExcellent coordination, communication, and technical report writing skills
