Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.Minimum 15 years of experience in civil engineering projects, with prior consultant supervision.Candidates MUST be based in Kuwait.Valid KSE membership is mandatory.Experience with PAHW approval is preferable.Proven experience in project management and design.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, etc.).Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
